Hoke County Schools
Hoke County Schools needs volunteers to proctor end of year testing on Thursday 5/15/25, Tuesday 5/20/25, and Wednesday 5/21/25 from 8 AM to 1 PM at the latest. Volunteers need to have a cleared background check and proctor training through Hoke County Schools. Please reach out to the schools directly for information on how to complete the background check and receive proctor training. ​​

Hoke County Animal Shelter
Looking for something rewarding to do on these beautiful days we’ve been having? Come on out to take our shelter dogs for a walk or a run! Must be 18 years of age of older.
Volunteer hours are Monday-Friday 11am-4pm

Children and Teen Volunteer Opportunities

4-H Summer Fun Camp
4-H offers a variety of day camps from mid June to early August and is looking for volunteers to help keep things running smoothly. Must be 13 years or older and pass a background check. Contact Cathy James at cwjames@ncsu.edu or 910-848-8023.
